I am a libertarian minded, socially moderate, unapologetic supporter of the unalienable rights described in the Declaration of Independence, enumerated and protected by the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution.  I support maximum personal freedom within the constraints of living in a modern industrial society.  I believe that government at all levels should be limited to basic and legitimate functions, and should safeguard the rights of all persons equally.

I am proud to be a member of the 2016 class of the Leadership Program of the Rockies and a member of LPR’s Advisory Council.

I am also a student of history, a musician, a cyclist and fitness buff.  While I’m a Colorado native, I have chosen to live in Oklahoma, a state that more closely aligns with my values.

I invite constructive criticism and comments on my blog posts, but I do not engage in personal attacks and will only respond to them by saying “If that’s all you have, you’ve already lost the argument”.
